That is an example of what happens when you mix shortage of qualified workers, overworked key people, and proven non performing socially promoted people.

Really? My hubby's ex-army as well as a few others I know & no one's received anything in the mail or otherwise. By the way, when are you signing up to protect this glorious, wonderful country that protects YOUR rights & freedoms???????
