Hi dangerous Danny!!

I believe without any desires, the world would be extremely, peaceful, and serene!!!

You see??? There wouldn't be needs, and that is exactly the principal that GOD promise in heaven!!!!

Since there will NOT be any reason to have any desire there will NO NEEDS!!!! We will NOT be hungry, cold, hot, sleepy, sick, worry, tired, jealous, envious, angry, confuse.

I can't wait, to live like that, and it doesn't necessarily mean that anybody will be bored, or that the world will be dull. On the contrary, I believe that it will be exactly the way it was supposed to be in the first place!!! Peaceful, enjoying everything that this wonderful world has to offer.

GOOD LUCK< GOD BLESS YOU & HAPPY DESIRELESS LIFE!!!

Desire is part of the sacred in us, nothing wrong with it per se, though the more we suppress ourselves the more twisted and deeper our desires get. They are only expressing our inner brokenness or need to fulfill ourselves.

So really all desires our good, they need to be acknowledged, validated though now necessarily expressed or worked upon. That is where conscience comes in or awareness to guide us in acting our desires.

What if manage to harmonize our desires with those of the divine us?

By following our intuition all the time? Only those desires which are inspired by our intuition are worthy of being acted upon by us, namely desires out of love.

or the sun Had no desire to burn
and u2 would have sung a song that had no meaning

If there was no desire, then I think life would be boring, stagnant and dull. Maybe we wouldn't realize it, but really nothing would get accomplished at all because there is no desire to do it. there wouldn't be any civilization. Everything would stay still, nothing would move forward except time.

Why do people desire?

People desire better working conditions, better tools, better jobs, to better oneself, better health, improve their social standing, etc..

Remove desire, you remove the primary drive that creates progess. No progress, a society that stagnates and where change is rare.

No desire would be no love, hate, lust, friends, education, etc. All the things we take for granted just wouldn't be there, and personally, I think we would be living lower class than rats.

We would have been extinct a long time ago. Man's desire to live brought us this far.

Without desire there could be no procreation, no drive. In short, there could be no development and humanity could not long exist.

it simply wouldn't exist. desire is the beginning of all things. without it there'd be no beginning nor an end.
