I have to take 10 pills with water and water only. The pills are the hugest pills that i have ever seen and they are very hard to swallow. Does anybody know an easy way to take pills without gaging? It would be easier to take the pills with juice or milk but i'm not allowed to.

Try drinking your water from a bottle instead of a glass.
Will open your throat and make it easier to swallow the pill. Also reduces the tendency to gag. Take a drink from a soda-pop/water bottle, keeping contact between the bottle and the lips by pursing the lips and using a sucking motion. I've found that you don't have to cover the entire lip of the bottle. Give it a try with an M&M first.

For capsules, an earlier answer is correct. Look at your feet & swallow. The capsule will float to the back of your throat.

I had the same issue. I started picturing my throat as round as garden hose. I also realized that I probably swallowed food larger than the horse pills I was taking. It took some time, but now I can take a hand full of pills without gaging.

Good luck!!

If they are capsules, get your mouthful of water; pop the capsules in & then look down at your feet.
The capsules will float back to the top of your throat & you simply swallow. They go right down.
