Abercrombie/Hollister/Victoria's Secret in Canada?

Question

I know that some of the american stores have been recenlty added to a lot of the Canadian malls... Like: "American Eagle" and "Build-A-Bear"...

I was just wondering if any of these three stores have hit the malls in Canada yet:

Abercrombie & Fitch
Hollister
Victoria's Secret

I heard that they will be opening in Canada - but, I don't think that's for a while...
Did they open up there yet??

I know A&F have stores in Edmonton and the Toronto area, same with Hollister (seeming both are owned by the same company it makes sense).

Victoria's Secret is not in Canada, although their parent company recently purchased the La Senza chain of stores.

All 3 companies will mail order to Canada, although watch out for sizing differences (I know a size 6 who had to buy size 0 pants to get the right fit).
