If you are looking to gain weight then do the following.

Eat 3 eggs for breakfast. Drink a glass of milk.

Good cardio sweat producing exercise will cause you to be hungry.

Eat lots of carbohydrates 6X a day and eat at least 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh.
Eat after 6pm

Believe it or not, at a nursing home where I once worked the doctor had them give some residents a small glass of wine before the meal to improve the appetite.

Beer yeast / contains almost all B vitamines/improves appetite and also is very good for the hair and for the skin.

It might help if you learn to spell and use better grammer. Increase your vitamins and minerals and your appetite will increase. Get some exercise, that always makes me hungry. Stick to balanced meals. Don't overeat. It will tax your digestive tract and make you fat.
