What you have not told us is what kind of look you want for your hair.

Many small rollers will give you lots of curls. As you increase the size of the roller the result becomes softer waves. Large rollers will yield a smoother, straighter style with plenty of body.

The best thing to do would be to visit a hair salon, tell them how you would like your hair styled, and ask them to show you how to do it yourself. If this is something you would rather do at home, the people at Sally Beauty Supply can help you select the size and number of rollers you will be needing to achieve the look you want. They can also show you how to use them.

I have neer seen a guy in rollers. Get a perm, it will last longer and you won't have to wear rollers all the time. You do not have to get a tight perm just a body perm, to give it some style.

I'm in hairdressing in my highschool and were doing rollor sets so I hope I can help you out. I would say large just to be safe. But the bigger the rollor the bigger the curls. So you know! So if you want small curls use a smaller rollor. I hope Iv'e been able to help you!
