i dunno coming from a girl, it really depends on what you did(not saying your guilty of anything but for instance what you've said to them and stuff) could you be more specific. like i know there is this one guy that just gets on my nerves because he thinks i'm playing when i tell him to stop and he won't give me my space.
if they were jealous though, i think they would be a bit nicer no offense to you but they might think you were just cheesy or something, girls are really stuck up and i feel for you for being so confused

They say that females tend to be more passive-aggressive than males, so I'd suggest looking for that sort of behavior. Also, keep in mind that some (as in many) cliques of girls like to pick on their boyfriends because they find it funny for one reason or the other. If your gf isn't bothered by the way her friends are treating you... there's always more fish in the sea.

Hate: Yelling at ya and not talking to you much.
Jealously: Yelling at you, insults, pranks, gasping and saying "psssh" or something like that
