i want to add color and glitter and word glitter to a page i have and i dont understand how to do it with html

HTML stands for the HyperText Markup Language. It is the main language of the World Wide Web. Most webpages and websites are written in HTML code.
It is basically the programming code that tells the computer what the web page layout is supposed to look like. Where the text goes, is there a box for people to type into and where that goes, where the picture goes on the page, AND what color everything is (and if it glitters), you get the idea...

Try downloading Dreamweaver from macromedia.com. It is a softwate that helps with making websites. It can also help you in coding with HTML.
