It's an excuse to touch and feel. Now he kind of thinks he's scoring! The girl isn't the wiser for it, lol.

Two of the sweetest sounds in the world are the sounds of a girl laughing and a woman laughing. Guys (and gals) Love this sound and will sometime tickle girls just to hear her sweet laughter.
Does this make it right? NO.
I am a firm believer in consensual tickling. I believe that both parties must be in agreement before there is any extended tickling.
This is not to say that I never tickle a gal for a short period of time without asking permission first. If I do it and I learn that she does not like it - I stop. It is called respect. I will not violate her again.
Fortunately, I have met a few ladies who love to tickle and be tickled and I have enjoyed some wonder playful tickling encounters with them.
Since we respected each other, trusted each other and wanted to keep it fun for each other - we had a great time!
I always welcome tickling encounters with ticklish ladies - especially if they are willing to tickle me, too!
