Not much snow or desert in Brazil, but in Peru there are high mountain snows and the world's driest desert, the Atacama, as well as tropical rainforest.
There is temperate rainforest in the USA's northwest, granted, but no savannah (except a town in Georgia).
There is no savannah or rainforest in China. There is tropical monsoon forest on Hainan Island in the extreme south, but this has a dry season.
Mexico has just about everything but is a bit short on snow and savannah. I'd give the environmental diversity award to Peru.

I would say Austrailia. First of all the only places in the world with rain forests are near Indonesia. You can find snow anywhere in the world. Australia has the great outback desert. The largest ecosystem overall in Australia is savannah. There are hills and planes everywhere in the world except places like nepal or a flat place like Tennesse. Australia has very hot places as well as very cold plces.

if hawaii and alaska were counted, the united states would definately have the most diverse environment. it has temperate rain forests in the northwestern states, snows in all the states, deserts in the southwest, savannah-like conditions in the midwest, tropical rainforest in hawaii, and tundras up north in alaska, and definately a beach coast to coast and large mountains, known as the rockies. hills can be found almost all over the united states, and the plains can be found in central california and in the midwestern states.
united states has the most diverse climate and environment because the united states is big enough that the land mass extends east to west, coast to coast of the north american continent and covers a lot on lattitude, which is where different vegetations can be found.

There are several, but the U.S. is one obvious answer. There are Rain Forests in the Pacific northwest, snow in the Rockies, desert in the Southwest, Savannah in the midwest and southeast, hills all over the place, plains in the midwest, cold in the north, hot in the south, etc. (and I think you mean "plains" and not "planes")
