My dog use to howl when he heard a siren. Sometimes for no apparent reason, I figured he was just hearing the pitch of the siren and I couldn't.

They are coming to get you? Joke! Have a good night. It might be your fire halls siren that the dogs do not like or there might be something outside that the dogs do not like make sure the doors are locked.
