Well, I've watched up to eposide 109, and I know that the fillers finally came to an end. Now what I want to know is if I should just read the Manga and forget waiting for the Anime.
Is the Manga as good as the Anime? And maybe someone has some good site with good translations.

For me I kimda watch Bleach whenever it comes out so i read both manga and anime so I don't have to wait for the anime to come so yeah. The anime is a longer version of the manga so its the same thing....if you want to read the manga its here

I'm not a fan of the anime fillers. I've stopped watching after the Soul Society Arc. The manga is way better in my opinion. I suggest you stick with it until the anime starts following the plotline again.
Anime fillers usually ruin the plot and timeline of the manga. Take Naruto as an example. I guess the same will happen to Bleach when they start following manga timeline again.

I had originally bought the manga before the anime and I happen to find the manga just as good as the anime if not better. It's also pretty easy to follow.

The anime follows the manga now so I say you should read the manga

The manga is 1000000000x better than the Anime. It's bloodier, more action, and you get to see everything. It's the best!!!
