On New Year's Eve my nephew David (he's 21 I'm 26, weird family don't ask) had a party and my 16 yr. old neice Courtney came along with some friends her age. One of the guys she kinda had a crush on (he's 16) and they fell asleep on the couch together. I was in the living room as well laying down on another couch and it was really dark. This guy she works with named Rich who is 23 came over the house that night to buy drugs off of someone who was at the party. I was kinda hidden when he did this next thing so I don't think he seen me but he went up to my neice who was sleeping and woke her up and was like 'I just wanted to see you. You know the only reason I came over here was to see you. Give me a kiss.' Then he proceded to kiss her. My neice and I are close and I know her and this guy have nothing going on but I do know that she thinks he's 'cute'. I found out from some people tonight that he is bringing my neice over his house tonight and I am freaking out right now. She is not

answering her cell phone and she knows that I did not approve of him doing that that night. I don't want to call my brother or sister-in-law because my neice trusts me and I don't know what to do. I'm worried that he is going to try and get her drunk and take advantage of her. What should I do (She is still a virgin and this guy is a male slut. I've seen him with 4 different girls and I have not known him that long -Remember she is only 16).

You can either go over to the house and tell the guy (privately) that he can be arrested - that you will report him

OR

you can worry less about being her "friend" and concern yourself more with doing what is truly right, and informing her parents. Her parents have a right to know. THEY are her parents and are responsible for parenting her. You can do it very kindly and tactfully by also telling her parents how concerned you are about possibly losing her friendship and trust. You need to decide if her safety (especially considering this guy is "into" drugs and probably wants to sexually use her) or if your relationship with her is more important. Remember, what is popular is not always right, and what's right is not always popular.

Put aside your fears and follow your conscience.

Well if you don't want to call her parents you could always call the guy and tell him to stay away from your neice or your gonna call the police on him. That way maybe she'll never know that you called. Thats the only thing I can think of.

Most guys like several things. Believe it or not, we do like foreplay. When you're making out and it starts getting intense, start massaging his penis from the outside of his pants. Then after he starts grinding against your hand, undo his pants and put your hand down there. You'll figure out the rest from there. Don't worry about giving some long BJ unless he says that's what he really likes. Usually we just like a short one and then want to move onto either doing the same to you or to sex.

I would wonder what the legal age is in your state for having sex. 16 in some states, 18 in others. Statuastory rape if she is under age for your state. Girls are so impressionable at that age. A good looking older guy can talk them in to anything. Its going to take some strong action to resolve this, if its possible.

Hello =)

Close your eyes, click your heels together, and say "there's no place like home" over and over and over....

You don't KNOW anything that's going on.

Have a little trust in your niece. Just because she's 16 doesn't mean she's a complete idiot. It really is none of your business, after all, and if you destroy the trust between the two of you, you'll never get it back. Your job is to love and support, not control.

Namaste,

--Tom

I would do anything in my power to save her from making a very sad mistake. Ya she trusts you but you have a moral duty to your neice....get on the phone, talk to her parents, talk to who ever you have to...don't let this guy take advantage of her...that is RAPE!!! Go now...don't let this happen!

Do you know where he lives? I would get a strong male friend to go with you and bring her home. You need to get her away from him. You could also call the Police and tell them that you want them to check on her.

She is a minor. If "it" happened, that would be considered rape. Don't expect the 16 year old to be responsible. You could talk to your niece and let her know that "that" situation would be considered rape. Let her know what possibly could happen. If someone were to put something in her drink- your niece would not be able to handle the situation. You may want to say something to Rich.
