me and my woman have been going through a bad patch, slurs and counter slurs. my lawyer asked me for proof that my missus was trying to kill me. all i had was some left over coffee with arsenic in it. the lawyer told me that was'nt "grounds for divorce" so what the hell do i do now?

You can divorce for unreasonable behaviour but she has to agree to it or you have to prove it. My other half wanted a divorce but had no grounds to divorce me so told me to slander him. not paying enough attention, arguments, going out all the time little things like that i put down. my other half signed it then like a plonker wrote on the bottom that even though he had signed to say it was true he didnt agree lol Stupid or what but it went through within 6 months because he didnt contest it you only get problems when they contest the divorce then it goes to court and they decide. Give it a go you never know or get a better lawyer good luck

if your wife has been screwing around get a divorce that way even if she hasnt lie...
If shes gonna kill ya mate next time tell her too use a gun or knife then if you survive ur lawyer might tell you that is grounds for divorce.
either that or get the police to move her out of ur property...

Life is a like Coffee. If u add sugar, it taste sweet. And if u add milk or creamer, it changes. IF u want to b with yoUr woman, just add Sugar, or make her happy. If u wanna change her, go ur own way. Add some creamer. Enjoy your life, get her divorce!!! But, u need a strong base. I suppose u love your women, don't u?

LEAVE NOW. Coffee does not ordinarily contain arsenic, and this relationship sounds toxic, on WWWAAAAAAYYYYY too many levels! If you have to, get independent testing, but move out, and don't eat anything she offers you. Good luck and God bless.

I don't see why you need proof that she is trying to kill you? If you don't love her and want a divorce that should be grounds for a divorce.

or ask her for a divorce. If she refuses then you may have to wait 5years in till you can apply for a divorce on the ground of a five year separation
