Yep!
Spelled Kraken :)
Here's a site that tells ya about it
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kraken
Kraken ( "krah’ ken" | IPA chart for English RP: /ˈkɹɑːkɛn/ | GenAm: /ˈkɹɑːkɛn/ | AuE: /ˈkɹaːken/) are legendary sea monsters of gargantuan size, said to have dwelled off the coasts of Norway and Iceland. The sheer size and fearsome appearance attributed to the beasts have made them common ocean-dwelling monsters in various fictional works (see Kraken in popular culture). The legend may actually have originated from sightings of real giant squids that are estimated to grow to 13 metres (43 feet) in length, including the tentacles. These creatures live at great depths, but will surface to hunt prey and reportedly have attacked small ships.

nicely, the study of mythological animals is cryptozoology, so i assume it would want to include that. The technological expertise of breeding animals is reported as animal husbandry, and someone who breeds animals is reported as a breeder, inventory breeder or farmer. So probably this is going to be a cryptozoological inventory-breeder? That sounds really clunky inspite of the indisputable fact that, so probably really a cryptozoologist might want to hide it? i'm able to locate no utilization of the time period 'husbander' for someone who does animal husbandry, yet i imagine of cryptozoological husbander has an outstanding ring to it :-)
