know that he has not taken my talking to him seriously. Now I feel I have no choice but to call the police the next time I am sure that drugs are in his room or that someone is here to purchase...by the way in this (glorious) state that I reside I CANNOT KICK HIM OUT...IT IS THE LAW... under 18 you cannot lock them out..for they have the right to break into the house w/o any charges being brought against them!! He is very disrespectful toward me and uses all laws against me....Now I feel it is time to put an end to this CRAP...and turn him in...I told him to keep the **** away from this house and he is just testing me...I did not like the idea and that is why I sternly told him to stop or I will turn him in or he needs to stop living here. thank you all for your numerous responses on my initial question!!!

Call the authorities. You said that someone was there to purchase, that means your son is a dealer. Even worse. If you are aware of it and do nothing to correct the situation, in my state they can take possession of your property. If your within a certain distance from a school even worse. Good Luck!!!

Here's what you do, wait until he leaves the house and then follow these simple steps.

1. Get a storage unit that will hold whatever possessions of yours are in his room.
2. Get a truck and haul everything out of his room that YOU want to keep.
3. Pile everything else; clothes, electronics, trophies, EVERYTHING up in the yard and have a large bonfire. Be sure to invite his friends. (Or just take it all to the dumpster)
4. Leave him a bare mattress on a concrete floor.
5. If your name is on the title to the automobile that he's driving (it should be if it's not) disable the vehicle so that he cannot drive it.
6. Go to Wal Mart and buy 4 sets of Dickies work coveralls and some flip flops and put those in his closet.
7. Tell him that if he wants to continue living in your house he will become grateful for your generosity and follow your rules.
8. Tell him that if he doesn't like your rules he is free to leave.

Remember, you are only required to provide a safe, warm place to live and 3 squares a day to your child. Everything beyond that an basic clothing is a gift.

Oh and if he doesn't like it and becomes beligerant be sure that either you or someone else is around to take him out back and kick his ***. This is exactly what I will do with my own kids if they ever try to pull this kind of crap on me.

The deal is upload the mum's age and the month of theory. If the huge form is staggering the toddler would be a woman, even would be a boy.(April = 4 ) So 17+4=21 in accordance to this you have a woman. i don't think of it works even with the indisputable fact that I even have 2 daughters and the 1st i replaced into: 27 years conceived in Dec (27+12=39) staggering might desire to be woman 2d woman 30 years conceived in Feb (30+2=32) Even might desire to be boy

you should call the law...for his own good as well as yours...you can get your property confiscated as being an accomplice for this kind of stuff...you might not be able to kick him out..but the law sure as hell can incarcerate him until hes 18 and and then you dont have to let him back in...he needs to straighten his act up and have a little respect for his elders...and himself...maybe having "bubba" staring at him in the showers will convince him he should go straight...good luck and i will pray for both of you....one who has been there (as the teenager)....
by the way..in most states you can call child services and / or the police and have him taken to juvenile hall and charged with posession even if he doesnt have any on him, but you have seen it in it room before...trust me..it might be a long sometimes heartbreaking road, but sooner or later he will see that you are doing the right thing...stand your ground...
also, if he lips off or threatens you in any way, call the police and say he is being domestically violent, that is the code words for the police..they usually have to throw someone in jail that is domestically violent and then they have to go to court..but you have to stand your own ground for his good as well as yours...again good luck and god bless you both...

omg what state do you live in???? Call the youth court judge then and tell him what is happening and ask the court to intervene that you can no longer control his actions. A judge should be able to direct you to the proper authority for this matter. Since he is also underage according to your state you can also then have him committed to a state facility rehab due to drug abuse...maybe they will keep him until he is 18? Good luck

you could turn him in but if he doesnt get it,then you just lost the war, heres what you do,find his stashes,it your house and you have the right, destroy it all, trust me hell be furiuos.Be prepared for the onslaught that will follow, hide your valuables, cash etc and if you know anybody, thats big I would suggest you keep him on call.remember its your house and if you cant kick him out,you can control what is in it,if this doesnt work then figure a way to get the police involved,I used for twenty years and was very successful in life, the minute I decided to be sober it cost me everything,it was worth it but it was a very hard road to take If you can save him the aggrevation and lost dreams I endured he'd be better off
