You'll have it before they ever catch on.

Lighten up, how much time do they actually spend in the bathroom with you?

Its fine that you dont have it, its normal to get it around your age but some girls dont get it till there 17 or 18, so theres still pleanty of time. Another thing is just because you dont have your period dosent mean your not delovlped. I know a girl that was tottaly devolped and didnt have her period and another that was really flat and didnt have hers. Your friends will understand, but sence you already told them it will be hard to get out of that lie. you have 2 choices. 1. tell your friends the truth 2. say you thought you had it but you really didnt, u can think of better excuses. Anyway and good luck. Dont worry to much though.

I did that when I was 13 too. It sucked to be the last of my friends to get my period. I did get it when I was almost 14. They don't ever need to know! How would they? Put some of your mom's pads/tampons in your bathroom if it's an apperance thing. I had found out that my friend had lied to me at them time. She hadn't got her period yet either :-)

I remember when I had my 1st period...I was 11 b-day in Jan. and it was on Halloween. All of my other friends did not start theirs until they were 13,14 and I had one that did not have hers until she was 17.....Their is no "normal time" to really start..every ones body is diff. Ask your mom or any other female adult in your family when they started...chances are you ll be close to when they did.
I was teased so badddd when I had mine, and I had a cousin who lied and sd she hd hers (she was embarrassed she did not have hers too, and then she finally told me because she felt guilty. No reason to I sd..it's not like it's a club, once you get you'll get for ever.) Girls can be so mean...they won't find out unless you tell them...for now keep a maxi pad in your purse;who know you may need it next week.

Thats weird. I dont talk to my friends about MY period. That is kind of gross but it isnt bad. Its not like its any of their bussiness if you have your period or not so why do they even care. I got my period when I was 12. It sucks. Be happy you dont have it yet and enjoy it.

This is seriously not anything you would want to rush. I got mine when i was 11. My neice is 10 aand just got hers. I wish I could give mine back. My neice miss 5 days out of school every month because of hers. Trust me. You don't want it. Im a grown woman that doesn't want hers. The cramps can get so bad until I want my mom sometimes.

Not all girls get periods at the same time. Some start early and some late ( 11-16 ). I don't know why you lied. Why do you all discuss it anyway ??? Just let it go, it might die a natural death and you won't have to lie again.

My daughter was the same way. She did start at 14. She had problems with cramps. My doctor put her on low dose birth control pills. things went smooth from then on.. She is expecting her first baby now at age 26 and everything is going great. Don't worry talk to mom might ease your worries.
