If you are looking for a serious and correct answer then this is it.
Yes,it can run in your genes if you inherit the gene for Crohn's disease or any other IBS like colitis.It's a crippling and often life threatening disease of constant diarrhea or constipation or ulcerated bowels and so many other complications that I can't list them all. Go look them up.

No, diarrhea does not, but diseases that cause frequent diarrhea, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, can.

There are some really RUDE people on here, telling you to eff off etc. How actually rude! And the people saying 'Oh, you spelt it wrong, it's jeans' - I mean, dude, can they not take a joke? What is up with these effers??????

Diarrhea isn't an ongoing, genetic disease, it's usually caused by a virus or other health issue and would typically go away after some time.

There is certain genetic susceptibility to enteroaggregative Escherichia coli diarrhea.

Regular Diarrhea not tied to a disease, no.
