What kind of college doesnt offer honors classes. You should change schools. But mainly they look to see if you took classes that require some thought. Like take a science class or something.

Honors and AP classes are not generally available at colleges or universities. The harder and more difficult classes are upper division but you can't take those until you've finished your prerequisites.
