What is the deal with timeouts in the NBA? I see they have 20 second TO's. How long are regular TO's? How many

3 time outs per half and they are 2 min each.

they have 3 per half a regular one is 2 minutes.

20 sec time outs are 20 secs of course. halftime " timeouts" are i think around 20 mins or 30. full timeout around 10 mins.
