I wished I knew how. I have been in the real estate developing business for over 20 years now. I built numerous condo projects. For some reasons, only my boss can raise money generally from the same people. Yes, I am making other people rich. But now R.E. development is slowing down, I dont know how the returns would be in the coming years. We were returning 40-50% ROI. In 2005, it was over 100%. But again in the late 80's they went bankcrupt. One thing I know, you should have bankers that work with you and wine and dine with them. Good luck to you.
