"There are many kinds of help available" is correct.

the sentence is already grammatically correct,
but i lot of times it is best to eliminate the linking verd, ie "are" & to avoid starting sentences with it/there.
so you might want to indentify what is making these jobs available; however, i think for practical purposes, it is fine the way it is.

You got it. "There are" goes with "kinds" which is plural. Isn't it great that more than one kind of help is available?
