I cannot get into Literati (in games). I am requested to turn off my pop-up blocker. . .I have done so and I still get a "pop-up on warning" and am unable to play. Why?!?

hmm im not sure. maybe if you hold ctrl or something like that when u click the link. so u hold ctrl and click the link at the same time. that might work.

sounds like a problem with your pop-up blocker
find where it will let you allow pop-ups for that website
or see if it says you require the newest version of flash or shockwave..
also make sure your internet explorer is up to date

In information superhighway Explorer -click kit -Then information superhighway thoughts -Then The privateness Tab -Then Uncheck the "Block Pop Ups" Checkbox on the backside of the displayed exhibit screen -finally "practice" and then the "ok" button

Trying turning off your firewall, if that fails turn off your virus protection, if that fails then turn off firewall and virus protection at once. And if that fails, get a new game.
