Your body is starting to grow and cramping is normal usually. If you still feel uncertain go to the doctor. They can rule out tubal pregnancies. I am 13 and still feel those slight twinges. This is usually caused by ligament stretching because your uterus is growing.

It may just be the baby getting fully attached to your uterus. In a few weeks you should have your first ultrasound, then you can see how it is going, but if there is no bood, and no horrible pain then I think you'll be fine. Also by 5 weeks of actual pregnancy a tubal pregnacy would more than likely be cause severe pain, enough that you would know something was horribly wrong. Good luck and congrats!
At the biggining of my 2nd pregnancy I had gone to the er for symtoms like yours , but I had some pain involved. I didnt know I was prego yet, but had had a sist rupture through my uterus and it was leaking fluid into my pelvis. I went to the ER the first time I felt this pain and was told there was nothng wrong, but 4 weeks later went back and was told about the fluid, sist, pregnancy and all that. It was all okay in the end, and The fluid was reabsorbed naturally, and the sist rupturing hasnt affected the health of my unborn baby, but If it was bloddy fluid then it would have been a real problem, possibly resorting in me having to have an abortion so they could stitch my uterus, and stop it from bleeding. Like I said, thankfully it wasnt bloody fluid, and It did heal on it;s own.
Point to all this, It was not a common thing what happened to me, but it can still happend, so do what you think you should. Not trying to scare you. You are probably fine.

Hi, sweets, its just ur uterus making room. It has to stretch and ur nerves and things have to also, and that is the cause for the cramps. DON'T TAKE ANy MEDICINE OK? If need be, get a warm towel and lay it on ur stomach.
If it ever gets to feeling more like the cramps are really hurting, then u should call a doctor right away. Also if u ever start spotting, do the same. If ure having a miscarriage, God forbid, u'd know because u'd be hurting so bad, u could barely move.
Good luck and God Bless.

As aforementioned, your body is changing and your tendons and uterus are making room for the growing baby! I had the same pain at about 13 weeks and was so worried because my cousin suffered an ectopic pregnancy when she was that far along. Her pain was similar, but accompanied by bleeding and grew increasingly worse. So unless that happens, I wouldn't worry too much. And just remember, those little pains are just the beginning of the upcoming changes!!! Congratulations!

Could be round ligament pain from the stretching of the uterus putting pressure on the stabilizing ligaments of the uterus. However, you appendix is on the lower right. If it does not hurt when you push there, but does as you let the pressure off, it could be your appendix. Best to call the dr and see what he has to say. Tubal pregnancy could be another possibility. This is usually pretty severe, however.

your uterus is stretching to make room for the baby. it's normal. if the pain gets more intense followed by spotting or bleeding, then you should be concerned.
