Nothing is wrong, I am just dizzy, tired, and near fainting alot.. but the pregnancy is going well and I am in my 30's. I am frustrated with people thinking that the pregnancy is not going well, just because I am off of work... if I had a sitting down job, I would be there... How can I stop giving this impression to people that the baby is not ok?

it is all normal. If your doc isn't concerned.. then you don't need to be. Just laugh at these people and tell them, it is fine, you are just pregnant

I had the same trouble with both my pregnancies. If you stand for more than a few minutes you start to black out right? Nothing really helps this except drinking lots and I mean LOTS of water and OJ. You'll still get the dizzy spells if you're up to long, but not as much. Luckily my job, though it was a standing job, did allow me a chair in the corner in case I felt dizzy.
Just tell people that your doctor says everything is perfectly fine. If they're going to worry about it anyway, they're going to worry about it no matter what you tell them. Take pampering while you can get it, because by the second pregnancy it's old news, lol. You only get the "precious vessel" status once!

I don't know. As long as the doctors said it was normal. If you have not gone to the doctor you need to go. However, it's common to experience tiredness and faintness. My hubby thinks if I lift more than my little pinky I am lifting too much. As long as you know your limit and not push yourself then you should be okay. I will say though if you have not gone to the doctor do it. Maybe they see you dizzy and worry. I cannot say for sure. It is frustrating though. It sounds like fairly common symptoms . You might get checked though for a several things if you haven't. It is fairly common for anemia and gestational diabetes. That doesn't mean though your child is not okay. If you have been to the doctors just tell them you are fine and you know if there is anything out of the ordinary you would go to the doctor in a heartbeat. I am 13 weeks pregnant and experience dizziness once in awhile. Tiredness and dizziness are fairly common in pregnancy.

You're right, those are normal things. So many pregnant women get scared and go racing into the emergency room over stuff that's just part of the package.
YOU'RE right -- As long as you know you have to stand up slowly, get your bearings, etc before walking; eat small frequent meals to keep your blood sugar from dropping low. When you feel lousy, you lie down on your side for a bit, right? This is all OK.
They've already checked your hemoglobin, and if you're anemic you're taking your iron, right?
Does your doctor or midwife say you're fine? Then just tell people that -- I appreciate your concern, but Really, I'm fine, and it's normal to feel tired a lot because I'm PREGNANT!!!

Does your doctor think your pregnancy is going well? That's really the only person who's opinion matters (besides your own, of course). If your doctor says you're fine, than tell all those people that. They're just trying to look out for you, after all, so thank them for their concern and reassure them that the doctor has given you a clean bill of health.

Sounds normal to me, I am 34 weeks and have suffered from dizzyness from before I knew i was pregnant. my baby is just fine. I have been sleeping 12 hours and im still tired when i get up. You may need some iron tablets. These are normal pregnancy symptoms, ignore the people that have negative comments, you dont need them while your pregnant.

Really, your pregnancy should be no one's business but your family and friends and if they are close to you then they should aready know what is going on with the pregnancy. Just tell everyone that everything is fine and you'd appreciate a positive attitude from everyone because this is supposed to be one of the happiest times in your life and you would like to enjoy it.

Relax you don't have to worry about what people think! remember that if your stressed out so is the baby. If your doctor has told you everything is ok then don't worry about it. People tend to be a little over protected when someone is pregnant...

Just tell them to mind their own buseness. If you have a clean bill of health from your doc then it shoudltn matter that they think. Tell them to butt out, and just dont speak with them untill you \are holding your happy healthy little bundle, then they will see how "unhealthy" you where. Sometimes I hate people, espeacially co-workers that think they have a right to be a part of your life. Good luck.

Their going to worry anyway just because they care for you. No matter what you do or say this is always going to happen.
