I would avoid them, as any company that does not have a phone number listed on their web site is just asking for trouble if you buy from them. There is not even a tech support number. All I could find out about them is that they are the store brand for Montgomery Ward's! They went bankrupt and closed up shop a few years ago, but are back in business as an online retailer now.
