i have heard that if you cross your legs too much you will get more leg fat. i always cross my legs and my legs are fatter than i would like. i am very active and eat very healthy, but my thighs are fatter than the rest of my body. is crossing my legs a reason for this thigh fat?

i dont think so, it will just make your legs hurt and asleep.

Hey! I have heard of the same thing. I always cross my leg and so far nothing has happnened to my thieghs in the last year or so. Trust me, whoever said or wrote this is crazy. It's not true. Infact, I have acutally lost a little fat by crossing my legs after a while or so, and I'm not even active.

NO!!!! my thighs aren't fat and i cross my legs all the time.
Even when i sleep i cross my legs.

my thighs are fat too, even though i play soccer and hockey and im not fat all around. but crossing your legs wouldn't make your thighs fat. it just wouldn't happen

I don't think that's possible!! Although I wish it could be true... my thighs are so skinny, I wish they were a little bigger (so I could fill out my jeans better) =D

i hope not!!! i always do!
thats pretty hhard to believe...it will just make your legs fall asleep. no it won't don't worry about it.
