I never knew commercial television was dying. I always figure that as long as people invent new crazy things, there will always be commercial television. Just look at fitness equipment, kitchen gear, furniture, etc.

I think most regular shows are dying.
Most that is left is reality shows on commercial tv and I don't like them very much. I'd rather watch movies anyway.
