You can't. For the simple reason that Yahoo!Answers never tells you what they are.
Even if you send someone an email, you have to do it through Yahoo and the actual addresses of both users is kept secret from both. Unless they communicate it in their messages, of course.

Go into the user's profile and see if they have it there. If they don't allow email, then you can't see it.

use stepped forward seek yet that may not artwork too, what u can do is seek the specific person u want to and the hunt effects throw decrease back effects with pages having this guy or woman's username, open between the pages (greater moderen the greater beneficial) then click in this persons call and rech his/her profile, its fairly straight forward

Every user decides if they want their email address visible. If they choose it to be visible, you see it in their profile.
