Well, for example, if you are an "intrapersonal" sort of individual you like learning on your own and you are a very independent learner. You like doing projects on your own. If you are an "interpersonal" sort of learner, you like doing things with a group and doing group projects. They both come from Latin.

Intra means within one thing, inter means between. For example, an intrastate highway is in one state. An interstate highway goes between multiple states.

"Inter" denotes "among" or "between," so "between boys" or "among the boys" is a reasonable meaning. Since Latin does not have a specific definite article ("the"), this can be supplied for the purposes of English as needed.

"Intra" denotes "within," as "intra muros," meaning "within the walls."

"Eius" is the genitive singular (all genders) of the demonstrative adjective whose nominative singular form is "is" (denoting "this" or "that"). Since dictionary listings are made according to the nominative, not the genitive, form, you would have to look the word up under "is."

Intra is within. Inter is from one to another. For example... a trucking company may be intrastate, meaning they only service within one state. If they are interstate, then they go from state, to state, to state.... they service outside the original state.

Intra is really within. Intrastate. Let's say Florida. Tampa to Orlando is Intrastate. Interstate may be Florida to Georgia. Such as the Interstate highways.
