Probably nothing. It doesn't matter who has the majority congress hasn't done anything of great consequence in quite some time.

If you listen to any of the press coverage - I would look at the 110th Congress giving a nice "welcome to the country package including amnesty" real soon .
Below is a fine example of how the Democrats are ignoring the law to get the Hispanic vote.

December 30,2006 by Congressman Ciro Rodriguez on the Democratic Hispanic Radio Address:
"The New Year will bring a new tone to Washington. The mean spirited debate that was used to scapegoat Hispanics in the immigration debate over the last two years will no longer be the norm, as Democrats continue to work towards comprehensive immigration reform."

They couldn't do less than the 109th congress - they passed legislation for a fence but did not fund it.

actually fine the companies that hire them. more than a 1000 dollars too. that means your dad will have to start hiring americans
