could stretch marks behind knee cause leg pain??

Stretch marks can become irritated seeing that it is thinner newer skin. I could see that if behind the knee and constantly touched by clothing or anythign else that could irritate them it could become painful... lotions should help keep the skin as healthy and as strong as possible. Good luck.
