T-mobile is the one of the only phone carriers here that do not alter their phones.
The companies like verizon change the menu and features of their phones to look alike. This way, you can never get to know the true phone. they all look the same from inside and it really is bad and it sucks, if you get one from t-mobile, you are going to be happy!! believe me

T-Mobile is good in metro areas. Outside of that service can be spotty. T-Mobile does however, offer the most minutes for the money than any other carrier.

I left T-Mobile because I was working downtown and I could not get reception. And it was a relatively small downtown, with few really tall buildings. Other than that I had no other problem with them. Their customer service people are actually quite funny. I think they're Canadians.
