I'm 13 and I'm 5'4......I weigh 119 pounds and I need to lose weight because I feel fat.......What are some ways to lose weight?

Exercise and diet modification. Take a serious look at caloric and fat intake. Add a few minutes of walking or jogging into a daily routine. Also, cook for yourself. Youll find you enjoy the food more and it is not simply thrown at you.

you are so not overweight/ i am the same height as you and i would give my left arm to be your weight.....
if you are serious about losing weight then i would increase the amount of exercise that you do....walk for 30 to 45 minutes every day.

Jump roping 30 minutes a day can help you loose about 10 pounds in 3 weeks!
but you gotta eat healthy too...
DDR is great to, they are both fun and help you lose wight

Try weightlifting, running, playing sports, limited TV and internet usage, doing pushups/situps and eating right.

just exercise everyday.like go for walk and do push ups ride your bikeand dont fat too much fat.
