Morning sickness is different for each woman. Most find that at the end of the third month the problem lessens, but there are those who suffer the entire pregnancy.

Learn to keep soda crackers handy and snack on one every hour or so, keeping the stomach from being totally empty.

You may also may want to note which times of day the nausea is worse and after which foods or beverages. It differs with each woman. But most find that spices and carbonated or caffeinated drinks increase the problem.

If you are worried, please check with your doctor!

It should start easing up about 12-14 weeks into the pregnancy but some women including myself can have it longer - sometimes all of the pregnancy, although this is rare. With my first 2 children my m.s. ended at 14 weeks, but with my third child i had it without relief for 22 weeks then it eased off but i still had it till the end. Hope it ends for you soon as it is torturous don't you think?

*LOL* Everyone varies. I'm laughing because I am 13 weeks. The first 8 weeks I had no morning sickness. Now everything I eat gives me morning sickness. It just depends with every person.

It usually eases at the start of the second trimester. Everyone is different, though. Ask your Dr. for help.

I had my sickness (it wasn't just morning) until the start of my fourth month...it really sucked. It is different for every woman, if it lasts past your first trimester usually your doctor can prescribe something for you.
