It will also have a last date for refill on the bottle and if that date is still good then it would be possible _EXCEPT_ Demerol is a narcotic and as you did not have a contiguous record of refills, they will say NO and possibly report you.

Demerol is a controlled substance, is it schedule 4? Not sure but either way its out of date.

probably not. most narcotic presciptions are written with no refill, anyway narcotic scripts are only good for 6 months.. if you are in bad enough pail to use Demerol you really need to see your Dr.

It's unlikely but look to see if there is an expiry date written anywhere on the script. If not, take it to be filled and see.

it is probably expired by now
it's been almost a year...
there are very few prescriptions that last that long in potency....
