how old are you, dear???? when you buy tampons there are directions included in the box that show you how to use them.
obviously they are meant to go into the vagina......since i think you are really young, i think you should buy the small size so you don't hurt yourself.....do it gently.....and follow the package directions. i hope this has helped you.

Make sure you're either sitting down with your legs spread apart, or standing up with your legs spread apart. Slowly insert the top of the tampon into your vagina, and gently push up from the bottom. You'll feel when it's up all the way. The applicator won't be inside of you, so just pull it out. Make sure you have string hanging out, but no visible tampon. The string lets you pull it out in a dew fours. It might be a bit uncomfortable the first time you put it in because it might be crooked, but it'll take a few tries to perfect it. Don't forget to change it every few hours.
