how do you delete nasty sites with out it being on the record you have permanently?

Easy. Go to your internet browser's options and just clear all your cookies, history, and cache.

The above two people are correct to a certain point. A forensic examination of your hard drive could recover everything.

Don't go to those sites.

Yep agree with the other poster.

If you have firefox, you can delete all of your activity by pressing CONTROL + SHIFT + DELETE
