what do u consider "grunge" or "punk"? do u think it would look ok on a christian 12 yr old girl? are grunge ppl usually...not...christians?

hey! i know how you feel, i'm 14 and LOVE black clothing, and i get labled alot. but i'm a christian and God is totally first in my life! the thing is, alot of the clothing that is "punk" or "grunge" doesn't please God(like having a bad message, or a band with questionable lyrics on the front) my thing is, dress how you want, just be careful not to dress in a way that makes you look to dark! remember, you have the light of Christ in you! i hope i helped!!

Do you mean emo?? You can be whatever you want just that type of girl with a diffrent style it dosent make you not a christian

I' a 12 year old girl and when i question fashon i just remember that when people see me they see jesus (working through me) and i want to give them the right impression,

you can dress the way you want
but the whole stereotype thing with "emo" ppl is they cut themselves or they're depressed (which a lot of the times they are not)
but
just dont cut yourself to look "emo"
christians can be emo
