depends...when i'm sad about the girl who i love, who seems hopeless to ever get with, i listen to She's Gone by Hall & Oates, i also listen to Everytime You Go Away by H&O. Also, when i'm sad about her, i listen to November Rain by Guns N' Roses, The Scientist by Coldplay is a great one...and some others i can't think of right now. If i think of them, i'll come back and add them.
EDIT: Glycerine by Bush, Here's To The Nights by Eve 6, Let It Be by The Beatles of course. Out of all these, i would have to say November Rain is the best....to me, it's a beautiful song.

but whatever you do, don't listen to sad songs. listen to more upbeat and hopeful songs. dont be emo and dwell in the sadness. i hope you're feeling better.
