Depends on where you live. Are you seeing scorpions or just little brown ear wigs like the other participant said. There is a difference.

We get scorpions here in Arizona, most are not poisionous. We usually don't get many this time of year most scorpions are dormant right now. The most common scorpions are not the bark scorpions which are poisionous. They can sting, it can be painful even cause some nerve numbing, but it usually fades in a short period of time. They almost never cause the sort of allergic reaction a bee sting can.

The largest scorpion here in Arizona is the Bark Scorpion in particular, can be fatal, especially to the very young and very old. There is very little redness or swelling, but the sting is very painful. The venom is neurotoxic and affects the entire body (particularly the nervous system), causing fever, increased heart rate, restlessness, and other symptoms.

You can spray them or can just gab them with tongs or something and flush them. Squishing them can also cause them to release their eggs, if they are truly scorpions.

You need to figure out what the heck you actually have in the house.

If there are a large amount of either call an exterminator.

We get scorpions in the house. I'm not sure what you mean by miniature. The ones we get, in the South, are small. I've been bitten by one, and it stings a little, but that's it. Without seeing a picture, I'm just not quite sure what you mean.

They are just small scorpions found usually in bath tubs or damp places. they sting about like a wasp but doesn't hurt too bad. Most any kind of insect killers will get rid of them.

It is an earwig... they are attracted to moisture... like in the bathroom. They can bite, but are mostly an annoyance.

Buy some household insect spray that has earwigs included in what it kills...

Find one and let it do its thing. At least then you will know and you will not have to worry.
