Definitely the Phil Collins because (if I remember right) he ends up running around with the chainsaw and throws it down the stairwell and then lets out that AWESOME scream.

I didnt know there was a new version. I liked the part where he was killing that guy after completely plastic-wrapping his apartment. That was one crazy movie. I wish they would do a sequel.
