Temperature is regulated by the hypothalamus. When the blood flow through the hypothalamus is NOT at its supposed temperature, the hypothalamus would signal the heat control centre to do something about it. If the temperature is too cold, the heat control centre would send signals to blood vessels to constrict, repress the sweat gland and increase muscle action such as shivering and many other more ways.

The above is the negative feedback mechanism when the temperature is too cold and your body is trying its best to gain heat or retain heat.

The integumantary system (skin), urinary system, circulatory system and the muscular system are all involved. Skin produces more sweat and the hair stands to retain heat. The urine content of water would drop. The blood vessels would decrease in diameter and the flow would be slower. The muscular system would be involved by "making" the body shiver.
