Smoking is still good here in Detroit.

They did in St Paul, MN but I have since moved to Elk River, MN where they do allow smoking....I don't really care cos I don't smoke anyway but it shouldn't be up to 7 council members to decide

Smoking is banned in all restaurants and bars in the state of California.

I live in California and we have a state law banning smoking inside bars and restaurants.

In some restaurants yes. IN some citys smoking is banned in all restaurants. I am from Wisconsin.

Most restaurants here are smoke free now. I'm pretty sure the bars are still smoking areas though. Hampton Roads, VA

I live close to Louisville. Louisville Metro banned smoking in restaurants. Smoking is allowed in bars. The county I live in allows smoking in bars and restaurants.

I live in Pennsylvania, but I'm right on the Delaware river on the PA/NJ border. In NJ, there is no public smoking anymore, not even in bars. In PA a full ban on public smoking hasn't happened yet.

Restaurants yes....Bars no...not yet but they're trying....Portland Or...the PDX city council just banned smoking in the Pioneer Square...and its outside.... going for all public parks next....the Gestapo is on the march....it wouldnt be so bad if they actually ask the voters...but they dont....they just do what they want...
