Yes I do. I was sitting in French class when my principle told us that planes flying out of Boston had hit the World Trade Center and my dad was flying out of Boston that morning to come home. At the time they didn't know where the planes had been headed so I thought my dad might have been on one of them, and I asked my teacher to leave class and call my mom to make sure he was alright and the ***** said no! So I walked out of the class and called my mom and found out he was alright and when I got back to class there was a detention notice on my desk. I picked up my stuff and walked to the principals office, told him what happened and he called the teacher in and reprimanded her. Never served that detention and to this day I still hate that lady.

Yup, I was a junior in high school. I was in my English class, we had just finished reading "The Crucible". I noticed that my teacher kept going in and out of the room and he finally came back in and said "Somebody just crashed planes into the World Trade Center". I wasn't really sure how to feel because it didn't really affect me in any personal way, I felt bad for those people but I just went on with my day as usual. Although it was nice that a bunch of teachers decided to not have homework that night.

Getting up to get coffee in the morning and my wife turned on the TV to FOX NEWS (the only truly unbiased news agency). And she said "Hey look, a plane crashed into the world trade center a few minutes ago" Then it immediately sunk in..."What soul from hell would ever commit such an act....no words!" We were stationed at Travis AFB California.

I was getting my daughter up and turned the tv on to the Today show as usual. Noone was talking and they just flipped a camera over to the towers. (This was minutes after the first plane hit).

How did I feel? I cried for the people.

I was driving to school when I heard about the first plane, I told my shop teacher and he turned on the news, we watched the rest.

I was scared. Very scared. I cried right there in class.

I was at school with a class of 7th graders. I went to the class next door, broke down and cried, then returned to my class. It was a tough time, but after my mini break down, I was able to help my students deal with their feelings.

Who doesn't? I think its like everyone remembered where they were when JFK was shot. It's a lifetime memory that you can't get rid of.
