This girl is so unkind and her parent will not do anything about it. I stay in side and do not walk that way. Believe me I do not cause the problem but she lies and say I say something and screams at me and she is bigger and the neighbors have seen this and no one will stop her attacts, and now her younger sister saying I said something to her, lied I gave her the finger. I am not allowed to get mad.

Sounds like you have a problem with the neighborhood "bully" If your neighbors see whats happening but do nothing, just avoid her AND her sister. Just keep on doing what you are doing, stay inside and away from them.

It's not only important to you, it sounds like she could be a lot of trouble in the near future and is training her little sis also. The cops will have their eye on her soon enough.

Unfortunately, unless she touches you, there's nothing you can do. If she is causing you mental anguish, be sure to get it documented and then you can sue for mental anguish, if this is something you really want to do. If you feel threatened, but can't do anything about it legally, have it documented anyway. Keep a journal of everything that she does, tell as many people as you can, they can attest to what you've told them later, if need be. Tell more than one person, more than once. Get people to witness it with their own ears.

No matter what happens, just remember; it's not what people call you, but what you answer to.

Wow - I wish I could learn how to deal with people like her.
Yet it seems the impossible mission of life.

I can only tell you that my sister once had a neighbor that she did not like, and she prayed for that person to receive the light of the holy one... and in less then a month that person moved out.

Jesus said pray for your enemies; I guess he was right.

I'm thinking that person couldn't take/handle the goodness my sister was offering by praying for them and the effect was that the person moved on.

It can' t hurt.

P.S. The book on "How to deal with difficult people" may help.

ignore it. No response will have a bigger effect on someone like that, than to stoop to her level. I suspect she is jealous
