The best you can do is let it dry and hope it will be fine. Or if you have insurance on the phone you can just get a new one for like $35. But if you're too fond of the phone you have, you need to take it to a store to have it fixed. From what my cellphone company has told me is to NEVER get inside your phone besides to mess with the battery because there are way to many things you can screw up without knowing you did.

Simply using a blowdryer won't dry it if the inside components got wet. Only way to dry the phones mobo is to open it up, which is never a good idea. Suggestion is to just get a new phone. Even if you manage to dry it out, it probably won't work for very long afterwards.

DONT use a hair dryer or any other sort of heat source. You wanna fry what you just soaked?

Assuming you turned the phone off immediately after it was wet, dissasemble it as far as you can (faceplates, battery, SIM card, MMC card (if equipped), keypad, etc) then towel dry it as much as possible. Allow to throughly dry for several hours.

It it doesn't work afterwards, then its time to buy a new one.

Depending on your cell phone.. its best if you remove everything from it, including batteries, cases, memory cards, and all accessories keeping in a dry place and make sure there isn's electrical connected to it.. then leave out for atleast 24hr. after that your can try using it after you're sure that its dry... although it works there might be some issues... you would be lucky it theres no problems with it

Electronics and liquid do merely not mix. I spilled juice in my handbag many years in the past and cooked my cellular. It had to get replaced. i imagine you're extra effective off getting a sparkling one. it would want to bigger than in all likelihood be extra extreme priced to fix. something to envision out- some cellular organizations supply the phone out once you're making a dedication for a particular era of time. My husband merely wore his out. We had no intentions of adjusting organizations at present, so that they gave us the phone only for extending the present settlement.

Your best hope for it to work properly is to take it apart and let the components air dry over a day or two.
