Some ideas to try when the dvd wont sense the dvd burner..

- cabling problem. See if it is connected and if there are any bent pins on the drive and the socket on the board. Check the power cable.

- It has been turned off in the BIOS. A lot of modern PCs can turn off the CD/DVD drive and the OS wont see it.

- Some type of program are written to hide the CD/DVD drive. Remote it.

- Make sure imesh has the burner chosen as the destination drive.

try uninstalling it from the device manager then restart the computer . Right click my computer go to properties then click hardware at the top then click device manager. If there is a yellow mark or red one on any of the devices there could be issues with other devices conflicting.
