It is perfectly safe as long as you're not leaving it in for longer than 8 hours. And it's so much more comfortable and cleaner than a pad. It is definitely the way to go.

Yep, it's apsolutly fine. In fact, I'm getting ready to go to bed right now and just put a fresh one in. I can last a little longer than 10 hours (considering I over sleep during the weekends I get about 9-10 hours a night then). Go ahead and try it, it won't hurt.

Read The Box.

Yes, it is fine. I've been doing it for years...and I'm still here to tell the tale. Just practice GOOD personal hygiene.

TSS is a risk, but a VERY small one! You can sleep with a tampon.

Well it can be potentionally harmful for you.... maybe you should try a pad. Its not very good for you. You can get an illness and end up in a coma etc. Its not safe. Don't take chances
