Yep, and it's usually because they have to keep up a certain image while in uniform, they have to be clean-cut, clean smelling, and clean looking as well as physically fit. There's nothing quite like a guy that just got out of boot camp, he's usually 19 or 20 years old, in the best shape of his life, and full of energy and attitude. (Also, he's usually pent-up because he hasn't been around a female for a while!)
